Partner Relations Director of Eastern Europe

This is not just a job opportunity, this is an opportunity to transform lives!

The Partner Relations Director will develop and serve the “League” within the Eastern Europe region. Specifically, the PRD will direct communication, collaboration, and tactical approaches to develop BLI’s strategies that will build healthy missional leadership, Scripture engagement programs, and partnerships. The PRD will focus on developing a commonly shared vision among staff and the Eastern Europe partners to engage everyone in God’s Word in accordance with BLI’s strategic initiatives, philosophies, and ministry policies. The PRD will develop ministry leadership throughout the Eastern Europe region to ensure that BLI’s strategic initiatives and Scripture Engagement programs adapt well and succeed within various Eastern Europe contexts and for new ministry opportunities. Eastern Europe partners can be identified as:

  • Bible League International partnerships
  • Bible League Canada (BLC) partnerships

The essential duties as described in the below articles 1–5, are fully applicable to Bible League International partnerships. For BLC partnerships, the PRD will act in a more supportive role in serving those partners but will ensure that BLI’s mission and vision remain intact in serving BLC partners. To support well, there needs to be an ongoing and frequent communication with the representative from BLC – preferably identical to the (3-month cycle) process in place for the BLI partners, to discuss objectives and outcomes.

Bible League International serves the under-resourced Church with Bibles and training to transform lives worldwide through God’s Word! Our team is excited about God’s calling on our ministry and serves Him in His mission for the world, with commitment and joy. We hope you will consider His leading in using your God-given gifts and abilities to help fulfill the Great Commission in serving at Bible League International!
